The REPS Support Cycle is a structured, 4-module workshop series that gives students practical tools for navigating higher education — designed specifically for first-generation, neurodivergent, and historically underserved student populations.
Module 1: Resources
Students take a comprehensive inventory of what's available to them — financial aid offices, tutoring centers, mental health services, and more. Most are surprised by how much they didn't know existed.
Module 2: Exposure
Expanding the horizon of what's possible — career pathways, academic options, and professional opportunities that students may not have had exposure to in their communities.
Module 3: Preparation
Building the concrete toolkit — study skills, time management, communication, and the mindset shifts that turn potential into real readiness for academic success.
Module 4: Supports
The final module focuses on building lasting support structures — mentors, peer networks, institutional allies, and habits that carry students through challenges long after the workshop ends.
